Vacation Care - Castle Hill Funhouse

As part of the Vacation Care program, we are exited to be running a fun excursion for our children. Parents and/or guardians are required to complete this Authority Form providing consent for their child to attend.

Excursion Details

Venue Name and Date of Excursion: Ultimate Family Entertainment Centre - Thursday 20th April 2023

Cost: $105

Description of destination and excursion address: Departure: 5 Les Shore Place, Castle Hill Public School, Castle Hill 2154 NSW Destination: 5/1B Redbank Rd, Northmead NSW 2152

Estimated time of departure from Funhouse: 11:45am sharp

Estimated time of departure from excursion address: 2:45pm

Seatbelts/child restrains will be used and mode of transport: Yes. Children will travel by private, chartered bus

Proposed Activities: Children will enjoy jumping on trampolines, jumping into foam pits and climbing through the play equipment. Children will have their morning tea and lunch at the venue.

What children are required to wear and bring: Please ensure your children have a backpack filled with recess, lunch, hat and water bottle. Ensure your children are wearing enclosed shoes, hat and sun safe clothing

Estimated time of arrival at excursion address: Approx 12:15pm considering traffic

Estimated time of return to Funhouse: Approx 3:30pm considering traffic

Number of educators and children anticipated to attend excursion: Ratio 1:8 on excursions. 90 children: 12 educators
