As part of the Vacation Care program, we are exited to be running a fun excursion for our children. Parents and/or guardians are required to complete this Authority Form providing consent for their child to attend.

Excursion Details

Date of Excursion: Tuesday 5th July

Cost: $80

Description of destination and excursion address: Departure: 5 Les Shore Place, Castle Hill Public School, Castle Hill 2154 NSW Destination: The Powerhouse Museum is located at 500 Harris St, Ultimo NSW 2007

Estimated time of departure from Funhouse: 9:30am sharp

Estimated time of departure from excursion address: 2:30pm

Number of Children anticipated to attend excursion: 90 children

Mode of Transport: Children will travel by private, chartered bus

Proposed Activities: Children will walk through the corridors of the Powerhouse Museum, they will enjoy waking with their friends and exploring multiple rooms. Hop on the space ship and have a look at the amazing vintage cars. The children will enjoy their lunch outdoors on the grass

Estimated time of arrival at excursion address: Approx 10:30am considering traffic

Estimated time of return to Funhouse: Approx 3:30pm considering traffic

Number of Educators anticipated to attend excursion: Ratio 1:8 on excursions- 12 educators

What children are required to wear and bring: Please ensure your children have a backpack filled with recess, lunch, hat and water bottle. Ensure your children are wearing enclosed shoes and warm clothes
